Good to know - although I do look forward to these Sundays as *the* day to visit. =]

I think it was a simple case of heat stroke. I did spend a lot of time working out in the sun this weekend, especially yesterday. But, taking a sick day to sleep in and lay about on the couch should fix me right up.
