Happy New Year! The Bear trundles in with a lamb roast, baked apples, and baby spinach with apple cider vinaigrette... Oooh, and veggie chili made with Beyond Burger, which has *no soy* and *no nightshades*.... because some of my people have All The Allergies. (That means there's no maters in that chili neither - carrots and beets and cumin and ginger and coriander and oregano... and SHROOMS. :)
