*nods* it's fridge space that's gonna be a premium for me... I gotta clear space for a spatchcocked bird, sweet tater casserole, and a Pie. I have an idea, tho. Plastic wrap the top of the casserole. Set it in the front corner. Set a brick of cream cheese in the back just off the corner. Set the pie in the gap, and then the dry-brined bird on its roasting pan atop the dish and the brick, leaving the pie untouched.
