Oh my gosh! I scrolled through some of your rec posts, and I found the "Home Imporvement" fic by Pagination and it was great. And then! The sequel where Bucky meets Phil! Gdgsbsnbfb! It was so awesome! These are the things I tend to miss when I search with my filters on.
