That's a really pretty pattern! That's a whole lot of stitches though. My shawl is a rectangle crochet pattern, with 175 stitches, but it went much faster than I expected. The lavender sounds like a really pretty colour too :)

Wearable art is so cool! I think I'm just starting to approach that point myself, although most of my work is still simple things or blankets.
