I understand that. My younger sister and I have rather different personalities so we usually clashed growing up. Not living together and no longer being teenagers helps a lot though, we get along for the most part now.

I don't have any ideas on that front, just a vague awareness that online chess games do exist. Play-by-mail might be easier, I'm not sure our schedules match enough to play realtime (though if they do that would be preferred).
