Hmmm, perhaps we could fit 7 on a cupcake, that would be one qurater, and still a decent amount to blow out :D Of course, even one is still fun to blow out.

I hope you like the rolls, though if you don't, that is fine. There are also plain tortilla shells, so you could fill them will some of the chicken and rice if that is more to your liking.
