Weekly Update
Happy Thursday! I had yesterday off work, which was nice, even though I wasn't as productive during the hours I normally work as I would have liked. I did still get a decent amount of stuff done though, and any day that I can spend reading instead of working is a good one. :) I've been doing okay with my daily goals, although I do seem to still be having trouble with daily yoga at the moment. Ah well, I shall just keep doing my best, since I do like the benefits I get from practising yoga. A daily goal that has been going really well lately is my Duolingo practise. I've done the appropriate language on each day, and I've found enough time and energy to do a whole bunch of extra French, since I really really REALLY want to finish that course.
I have all of my Christmas shopping done, the decorations are up, everything is wrapped (minus one gift), and a major dent has been made in the Christmas baking. Coming up, I have a batch of cookies to make this week for a potluck on Saturday, as well as Chicken Swiss Bundles for the same get together. I need to make a combined October/November goal post, do more work on my scarf and my snowflake blanket, find projects to nominate for the Rose & Bay Awards, and perhaps start thinking about what kind of goals I want to make for the new year.
All in all, things have been going well lately for me, and I hope you all are doing well too. *hugs and best wishes*
