Weekend update

My weekend has involved rather a lot of old Bob Ross episodes. And along with wondering how Shiv would react to Bob Ross (or the Terramagne equivalent), I find myself wishing that Bob Ross could have taught something other than painting. He has such a calm, mellow voice, a subtle but interesting sense of humor and so much knowledge about painting. This makes him entertaining to watch, and probably a great resource for doing oil paint landscapes, but if could have thrown in some tips on coping techniques, or time management or how to plan weekly meals or something, I would find it 100 times more useful.

Other than using Bob Ross as a coping technique, does anyone one know of any resources that teach emotional skills, or generally how to be a functional adult? A friend mentioned considering a therapist, but I'm not sure that's what I need, or if I'm ready to take that step. And I learn by example infinitely better than I do by trial by fire where I have to figure it out on the fly, by myself.

Fairly sure that there are youtube videos covering the multitude of 'how to adult' subjects. With variable degrees of ASMIR like properties.
