fuzzyred | Pool time!

I have decided that I will run a pool for this week's Polychrome Heroics sale. I am still undecided on targets, so I'm sticking with my unusual target selection method.

Thos time, I will focus on whichever thread the first participant suggests, or any two poems from Shiv. Any extra interest can either go into one of the open epics (probably "Protect the Forests"), or another thread, depending on how much money comes in. Ideally I would split the money about half and half for the thread poems and the epics, with a larger focus on finishing off the thread. I'm leaning slightly towards the Strange Family thread, since it gives me the most leeway in the event of low interest, but I'm open to whatever you all are interested in.

The standard rule still applies; if you have enough to fund a poem but need the quarter price discount, you are more than welcome to join, even if your target isn't one the pool selected. If you have most of the funds but need a little extra, let me know what your target is, and we'll see if the funds are there or not.

Sounds like a busy and festive time, I hope everything goes well for you :)

I like that plan. I have a little extra room too, but you're right that everything is a bit outside just our reach. The two Shiv for me, the two Big Ones for you, and Cuoio and Chiara next if there is more interest. If we have enough interest to cover the two stated, "If the Scar is Deep" will be the next target. Anything beyond that can go in the epics unless someone has a specific target they want.

(I'm being very optimistic about participation here.)

I got a donation for $50, and I can chip in the extra to get "Make a New Bucket", but I think "Perfetta Vita" is still out of range at this point.

:) That's alright. We'll have the first poem of the couple posted, so the sequel be available, and there are still two Cuoio and Chiara poems so nothing will be orphaned.

All in all, not a bad haul.

Sorry about the delay in settling. The Midsummer's day thing got fairly seriously out of hand. It was supposed to end at 1700 UTC (1pm by you now, right?) and ran for five more hours -- a total of 29 hours, with no fewer than a dozen people from somewhere around the world in attendance at any particular moment.

Anyway, I just sent the money. You may not have access to it until Monday, but it is on the way. Thanks again for setting things up.

I think that conversion is right. It's almost 7pm here. That sounds like a very long and exciting party. I hope it was a good celebration.

I received the money, and I sent the funds earlier today. Hopefully poems will be going up soon.
