That sounds quite interesting. I lean towards iced coffees, iced capps, and cold brews from Tim Horton's most of the time. I'm a fan of creamy and sweet; not such a fan of bitterness. It sounds like the white coffee would have less of the traditional bitterness but still have some of the coffee flavour, which I do actually like.
