No, no it's not. It took me a long time to think about purple in a positive light again. (Did you know that the water of the Gulf Stream is actually purple? You can see it in a satellite photo. Wildest thing... there we were, cruising along in the usual sea-green Atlantic, and BAM, the water is suddenly PURPLE. A very malicious shade of purple as it turned out... though it wasn't actually the water's fault, it was the boat's design. Not very stable in roll when not under way. :(
