Whoops, I'm late again

fuzzyredI was supposed to post this yesterday, but I forgot to write it up before I went to bed. Ah well, one day late won't hurt anything. It's been kind of a blah week, but not bad overall. I'm still a bit behind on my dishes, but at least I did do some yesterday. I also went and got the blood work and x-rays done that my new family doctor requested, so I should have results in a week or two. I'm expecting everything to come back clean, but it will be nice to have that confirmed.
My blanket is done! Or, almost. I have one and a third sides left to finish the border on, and then my summer temperature blanket will be totally finished!! I'm really happy with how it turned out, and pleased that I tried my hand at this project, but I will be glad to take a break for a few weeks after all that crocheting. My next yarn projects include knitting a pair of mittens for my dad and continuing to work on a white/pink/burgundy fuzzy blanket for my niece. After that, I have a ball of yarn that makes a pair of socks that I'd like to try, and I have some very pretty light blue sparkly yarn that I want to use as well. So much yarn, so little time! *laugh*
This weekend will be a long one, and I'm very much looking forward to it. Hopefully I will have time to relax, and also possibly write up a detailed post about my temperature blanket. I hope everyone has a safe and fun weekend, and that you are all doing well with good times ahead.
