Fuzzyred's Marvelous Reading Nook

I really really want to read a boss fic right now. Just something well written where there is a main character calmly being competent and giving sane orders and maybe being a badass in the process (kind of like how Phil Coulson gets written in a lot of fanfics). I think it's been to long since I've been able to indulge certain parts of myself and I just want to read about someone collected and in charge and using their authoritt (but in a good way).
