Leftovers and frozen meals

So, this doesn't count for the Recipe Challenge, but I did cook yesterday so I'm still posting about it. I had some frozen meatballs remaining from when I made chili two weeks ago, so I popped those in the oven for dinner last night. I also had some pasta with alfredo sauce, mushrooms, and onions leftover from the weekend, so I ate that too. For the rest of the week, I think it will be frozen perogies and the rest of the chili that I froze for just such an occasion. I need freezer space in the coming weeks, so I figured now was a great time to go about making some. I may cook up some frozen vegetables too, if I feel I need something green(ish) later in the week.

Fridge tetris is a thing *most* weeks, this one just doubles down.

Teenagers do tend to inhale food. Me, I'm just one tiny person, so if I buy too much food it goes bad. It does have the result of making my fridge look like a "bachelor's" fridge, though I am not of that group.
