I'm glad it worked! I wasn't sure how well I'd be able to stay in character, but I've consumed enough of both canon and fandom materials for both universes that I thought I had a fair shot.
SHIELD deals in a lot of shadow work and tends to be morally ambiguous, and Gibbs has always read as an ethical grey hat to me, so I thought the two might fit together. Although Gibbs might not tolerate some of SHIELD's more questionable practices if he ever finds out about them.
