If no one else shows up, I would also be okay with "Our Power to Change" and "A Bit of Comfort and Kindness." And to avoid stranding "One of the Best Ways to Fight Crime," we could open it for microfunding; I have a bit of wiggle room for price.
All just tentative plans of course. I'm happy to wait and see what happens before making final plans.
