too tired to think,
falling straight into bed
clothes and all, they can wait til morning;

You might never know
how much that dollar means,
that kind smile and helping hand
when someone is down.

Something as simple as returning a dropped item,
or helping carry something heavy can make a big difference.

They may seem like little things
but never underestimate the impact
of an unexpected helping hand.

Peace is an ongoing endeavor.
Everyone must do their part,
all working together towards the same goal.
Change comes a little at a time,
each step just as important as the last.
Moving forward one action at a time,
always striving to make the world a better place.
Keep an open mind, a level head, and a kind heart.
Inspire the same in others by treating all with respect,
nourish a peaceful environment; lead by example,
giving the world an idea how it's done.
