Weekly Update

It was an average week this week. I managed to actually get caught up on some of my tasks, so that was nice. Hopefully the forward momentum continues. I also finished the Kellogg's Happy Hostess collage puzzle I started, so that makes me happy, and I'll probably start another puzzle sometime soon.

I'm going camping in the Bruce Peninsula this weekend with my sister, from Saturday to Tuesday, so those extra two days off of work will be really nice. The camping trip should be fun too, although it's going to be a little on the chilly side.

I went far over budget this week, because our city had Art in the Park this weekend, a local "fair" for artists, crafters, woodworkers and others to sell their goods and prompt their work. It was a lot of fun to see all the things for sale, and I bought some nice stuff, but I completely killed my funds and spent more than I meant to. Hopefully I can get back on track for next week.

I'm also hoping camping this weekend rejuvenates me a bit, because I worked through our Easter shutdown and I'm starting to feel a bit burned out and like I need a break from everything. On the plus side, I may have an exciting opportunity with work coming up in July, but I'll say more about that when plans have become more solid.
