>>I tried monthly goals, but I had a hard time coming up with ones I wanted to do, and the situation wasn't ideal. I may try again in the future. At least I know it's an option in case I see a project that size.<<
That makes sense. Personally, I think I'm leaning towards a one or two day goal in a certain month, rather than a month long thing, but we'll see what I come up with when I start looking.
>>Well, one option is colorblocking. Make an afghan of squares and/or rectangles stuck together. Either blocks or wide stripes can work.<<
Oh! This is perfect! Thanks for all those links, it looks like there are some really fun projects. I'll have to double check my colour compatibility, but I have lots of options so I should be able to find something that works.
>>Figure out how much yarn you need:<<
Ooo! Thank you for the yarn calculators, this is helpful!
>>There are also lots of patterns for one ball or skein of yarn.<<
These are also super helpful, with lots of pretty options. Thanks again for all the wonderful links!
>>I collected a list of bullet journal and habit tracker pages.<<
Trackers! I found your links to the yearly trackers, and that's exactly what I needed! I didn't have access to a printer, but did have a bullet journal kicking around, so I decided to make my own grids. I'm still going to check off my tasks on my desk calendar as I do them, but the chart will give me a place to track all the months at once; this will be very helpful for discerning patterns, and for checking overall progress throughout the year and in December.
Three gold stars for you this time around; this was a very helpful comment! :D :D :D
