Fun Weekend

I went out of town to see a few friends this weekend and had a great time. My one friend M did my nails and they are sparkly and beautiful, then I had dinner with my friend A and we all went to a birthday party for a mutual firend. The party was awesome, and I got to spend the whole weekend with A before driving back home Monday morning, which was nice.

I've been doing pretty well keeping up with my new year's goals, and I've narrowed down my class choices to one for sure and three maybes. I've been doing about as well as I expected with the gym resolutions and have actually made it most days with strong intentions of continuing. I'm doing better than expected with website updates and hope to have more ready today. The goal I'm struggling with the most is definitely keeping up with the dishes. I'm finding it far too easy to just put them off and let them pile up, but I am going to try to get back on track with that.

The healing I got over the con last weekend was... better than I bargained for, which is a long-term net positive for my mental state. I am therefore managing to hold it together somewhat better than I expected... it's just gonna take a while (and probably a few intense conversations) to get to an actual happyplace.
