I forgot about Gatorade. I'll have to take a look at the sugar content (just personal preference, not medical reasons), but those are a good idea to have on hand just in case. I will check that area of the store for other drink mixes as well, because the powders have a certain appeal. I can just open it and eat some directly; I don't always like the salty note when mixed with water.
