So I have made up two cards that combine my "Types of Food" and "Cooking Processes" Cards, rather than doing each card individually. Now my only problem is deciding which combo card to use. Any thoughts?

Combo Card 1
(Created by diagonally flipping the Cooking Processes card, so B1 becomes N4, B2 becomes N3, B3 becomes N2 and so on.)
Fish / Grill Travel Food / Smoke Dried Foods / Julienne Appetizers / Reduce
Feast Food / Temper Cereal / Deep-Fry Comfort Food / Deglaze Vegetables / Bake
Nuts / Truss Roots / Simmer Salads / Infuse Soups / Emulsify
Dairy / Beat Bread / Zest Sandwiches / Whip Legumes / Puree

Combo Card 2
(Created by picking which process to put with which food, in hopes of creating as few odd combos as possible.)
Fish / Bake Travel Food / Zest Dried Foods / Smoke Appetizers / Deep-Fry
Feast Food / Truss Cereal / Puree Comfort Food / Reduce Vegetables / Deglaze
Nuts / Temper Roots / Emulsify Salads / Julienne Soups / Simmer
Dairy / Whip Bread / Beat Sandwiches / Grill Legumes / Infuse

Card 1 is probably more adventurous while Card 2 might be more achievable but I don't know which to pick. Challenge mode or easy mode...

I think each card has many doable items (I can think of ideas for 12 from each one). And believe it or not, I think there are actually more opportunities for a bingo on card 1.

There are certainly some easier items on card 2, but if I were picking for myself I would go with the first one.
