Options

It's time for my weekly post again, and this time I have some options to share with all of you. In my free time yesterday, I managed to look up local classes that were available and I now have a more than a few to choose from and the start dates, which means I now have to decide which one I want to take. There is a gymnastic one I really want to take, and two glass fusion workshops that are one day only, so in theory I could do those two as well as another one. There are a few cooking ones, an oil painting class, a drawing class, zumba, tai chi, and two dance classes that seem interesting. A lot of these are on the same day at the same time, which means taking them all isn't possible, even without factoring in cost. And if I do decide to do two classes on different days, it will mean needing to turn down overtime twice in a week for awhile, if it comes up. Thankfully, the classes don't start until late March, so I have time to decide. Decisions, decisions...

I also found some desserts I want to make, through one of ysabetwordsmith's posts. Most of them are from the red and pink list, but some of them are from the purple one, and I really want to try making the shrimp summer rolls. I have an idea for a dessert, but I might need to do more research since I'm not good at ad libbing recipes. I want to make a purple, black and white dessert, I'm thinking maybe something with coconut, blueberry, and licorice, though anything the right colours will work, if I can get the flavours to play nice. Thankfully I have time to decide on this too.
