Weekly Update

So. Work has been crappy this week, I'm still jot feeling 100%, and my sleep schedule has been bananas so I haven't had any motivation to do things. Thankfully, I managed to accomplish all my daily things, even if some were extremely last minute, with the exception of Duolingo on Tuesday. I got half the required XP, but then forgot to do the rest until it was too late.

I'm doing lunch with a friend tomorrow, which will be very nice, and then I have a "me" day planned for Saturday. Hopefully this will give me time to start on some of my monthly goals for February, namely the Bingo fest working on improving "stress mastery" on my wheel of life. We'll see how things go though; smooth sailing hasn't really been a thing for me yet.

I hope y'all are having a better week than I am, and if you aren't then I hope things even out for you this weekend and you get some much needed rest.

The party went fab! Really kinda felt like an elder statesperson there, which was fun... getting to seriously catch up with some people, and meet a few more....

I need to make a new set of calling cards. I feel your pain with the quirk cards! "Don't make me tap the sign!"

Yep, that feeling definitely resonates with me. I also think even just having cards to refer to for myself would be helpful; when I get too overwhelmed, logic and politeness go out the window. If I had cards, I could just read off them instead of trying to think of things from scratch.
