March felt like a good month to me, with lots of my projects finished and decent success at maintaining my ongoing goals. For a detail look at March, check behind the cut.

Yearly Goals
-On Duolingo, complete 15 units in German, 5 Gold units in Polish, and 5 Gold units in Hawaiian
--I believe I finished another unit or 2 in German, and I've made some progress with getting gold lessons in Polish.

-Practice German on weekdays and practice French, Esperanto, Polish, and Hawaiian on the weekend
--I have practiced daily, and I feel like I did a better job at sticking with the appropriate languages this time.

-Do yoga every day except Mondays
--I was really bad at tracking yoga in March, but I think I only missed six days, which is an improvement. I'm hoping to get even better in April.

-Do dishes Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays
--This is another one that I didn't track well, but I think I was between 50% and 66%, which is not as bad as it could be.

-Post 2nd and 4th Thursdays; make the Comfort Corner posts on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Sundays
--I missed on Sunday post in March, but I did make both Thursday posts.

-$X/week in savings
--Success in March.

-Donate to charity monthly
--Done in March.

-Practice flute twice a month
--Done in March. I played 5 songs from the Movie Soundtrack book and 5 songs from my Women in Pop book.

-Go to a "Dark Sky Night" at Point Peelee
--Not done yet. I have tentative plans to do this in April or May, depending on the weather.

-Use my Christmas gifts
--Used so far: A Book Nook kit, one puzzle. New in March: Paint by number.

-Mark tasks daily
--This has not been going well, but I have a plan in mind to hopefully help with this going forward.

-Review goal progress for each month
--I'm a little later than I wanted to be for March, but within seven days isn't too bad.

January - March
-Read 5 books
--Success! The 5 books I read were: Just a Little Christmas, The Secret Book of Flora Lee, Truthseeker, You Thought You Knew, and Dragonsong. I enjoyed all of them and am looking forward to the next ones on my list. I didn't read any additional books in March, as I was focused on my other goals.

-Cook once a week
--Done for March.

-Take a "me" day on the 3rd Sunday
--I took a "me" day in March. I spent the day just hanging out and working on my shawl some more, for the most part.

-Medium or smaller coffees only, no coffee on the weekends
--I didn't track this well in March, but I had at least three coffees on the weekends, two large coffees and probably a day with two coffees in it. At this point, I think April-June is going to be a repeat of this goal, rather than attempting to have only four coffees a week.

-Finish knitting my shawl (Feb)
--While this was a goal for February, I did manage to finish knitting the shawl in March. The only things left is to block it, which I just need to find the time to do. I'm very pleased with how it turned out and equally pleased to finally have finished it.

-Paint-by-number (Mar)
--I finished my paint-by-number! It looks really good and I'm excited to find a spot to hang it.

-Fun thing in March: My boyfriend and I went to a local(ish) yarn fair and I got some pretty yarn! I stayed on target for amount of yarn (though not price, since I mis-remembered the prices) and I have plans for almost everything I bought. We also visited a waterfall, although it was too foggy to get a really good view. The fog did give a different kind of beauty to it though, and it was a good day spent together. :)

Overall, I'm very pleased with March and I know which things I need to focus on improving in April. I hope everyone is doing well, see you next month!
