The sale is finally here! Go check it out and buy some poems! Or combine resources and join my pool!

I'm open to suggestions, especially if you plan on contributing a goodly portion towards your suggestion, but I have a few main ones to get us started. First up is "A Gravel and Cream Sandwich", quarter price=$63.75. This leaves me roughly 60 dollars to chip in for things that you guys might want but can't fully afford, which is the main point of a pool. The other poems I would like to purchase are in the Berretaflies thread; "Shattered by the Truth" and "The Bravest and Most Lucid Thing", combined they are $61 at quarter price.

Other interests for me are Aquariana, Broken Angels and Shiv. Feel free to suggest any poem you like and I'll certainly consider it. Paypal information will follow with confirmation of interest to donate.

I'm interested in funding (some of / part of) the Aquariana poems. I won't know how much money I have to throw in until later in the week, though. This hits smack between two paychecks.

That's unfortunate timing. The Aquariana porm that caught my eye was "Not a Drug on Earth" which is $38.25 quarter price and I'm more than happy to chip in on. Though I'm not opposed to "The Best Richness" ($42) if you are more interested in that one. Let me know whenever you can about the amount available :)

Alright, I will ear mark both the Aquariana ones for the pool. Together they are $80.25. So if I chip in $20.25, then you and curiosity can each put in $30, and any extras can be used towards a poem of your choice?
My first goal for Berretaflies will be "The Bravest and Most Lucid Thing", and I can probably put $40 towards that, depending on how interested other people are.

Okay, let's add this up. With

curiosity and

lilliane coming in for $50 each, plus your share, how much is left for all the Aquariana and Berettaflies stuff? I will probably be good for it. And may pick up a bit more, or help with your Shiv stuff.

If you, curiosity and I chip in for Aquiarana ($80.25 total), that leaves $70 from curiosity and lillianne. If we only purchase the first two Berrettaflies stories, that is covered with $9 left (they total $61). If we also want to purchase Puppydog eyes, we need $13 between you and I to finish it. (It is $22.)

I'm really interested in seeing the Lincoln storyline, and the first piem "The Caliber of People" is $33.75. That is my first suggestion since I know I can cover it all. If that's not appealing, I do have a few Shiv ones in mind but only have about $50 to put towards them.

The three Shiv poems I was considering are "Survive the Recovery" ($103.50), "Strange amd Twisted Creatures" ($69.75), and "Calming and Rewarding" ($130). If none of those appeal to you, pick any poem you like (Shiv or not) and I'll split it half and half with you, up to $50 on my side.

OK, so why don't we start up the Lincoln storyline?

In order to give me a better idea of what my current commitment is, I was wondering whether you could add up all the other pledges (including yours) to get a number, and total up the entire Berettaflies and Aquariana threads. I will pledge the difference, and then we can talk about the Lincoln poems. Thanks for helping out.

I can cover the remaining $15.75 and put in $33.75 to fund the first Lincoln poem: $49 for that. After that, I'd like to add $31.50 for "A Great Many Evil Things. Total is $80.50. Does that match your numbers and math?

We're in agreement on the $49. However, looking at the sale page, "A Great Many Evil Things" is listed as $43. That would make the quarter-price $21.50, for a final total of $70.50, unless you intended to add an extra $10.
