fuzzyred | Weekly Update

So I'm either a day late or 8 days late but here's an update, finally. My work trip was awesome, despite a few scheduling snafus. We got to do a castle tour in Germany, spent the weekend in Munich, stayed in a wonderful historic little town the rest of the time and generally had an awesome time of things. Even the work portions of the trip went well and were useful for all involved. The time change coming back was a bit of a bear, but not bad otherwise.

This week was pretty good, mostly just loafing around and trying to get caught up on housework. I need to make more of an effort to do things, but it's been a little tough lately. Hopefully it's just leftover off-ness from the end of the trip, but we'll see how next week goes.

I did have a bit of a bad brain day yesterday, because of a conversation I had with someone Wednesday night, but I talked it over with a coworker and she reminded me that just being me is enough, and I don't have to worry too much about society or everyone else. Brain weasels are never fun, but the positive reminder was really nice, so it was a lot better than it could have been.

I hope you are all doing well, and hopefully I will have more exciting things to report next time around. I may also make a separate post about my work trip, with a few pictures, when I have more time and brain, because it really was a lovely experience.
