Weekly Update

Well, not much has happened this week, so I guess it's been good. I've been reading a lot of fanfic and not doing much else. I did buy oil for my car, and am now waiting on a convenient time for my dad to do the oil change. I'm on afternoons next week, so we'll see if that helps me be more productive. I'm hoping to be able to make significant progress on my basket, finally get around to the edits I need to do, fill some bingo prompts, and get some weeding done.
My garden is doing pretty well; the zinnias are just about blooming, the dahlia has multiple flowers on it, and all the perennials seem healthy. Unfortunately, the milkweed doesn't seem to be growing, I have one ground cover succulent that seems to be dying, and the squirrels killed one of my marigolds this morning. -.- On the plus side, the plants in the front railing boxes seem to be doing well, and the hanging plants are mostly surviving.
Does anyone know of any good electrolyte mixes, either store bought or homemade? It's been hella hot here lately and work is only partially air conditioned. Having something to add to my water might help, so I don't get as dehydrated.
